How do I go from having a masters account and high level to level 1 with no content no track record. This is the second account that something happens to it my first account go suspended for spam reporting hackers then later changed to I was hacking now my second account zero’d

@Respawn @PlayApex How can a masters account two both be zeros out all skins and heirlooms gone one account banned the other sits with nothing. All my money and hard work and effort from launch to date gone in the blink of any eye. No support from EA no support from respawn just silence

@Respawn @PlayApex This updated or test fucked up my account. My account has been zero’d out and all my content skins is gone. My main account banned for what ever reason I don’t know. Both my accounts In one go. Anubis_god420 and UHHHHHHHHHHHHHH169 both gone in the blink of and eye
