My account AnYP#3780014 has received a permanent ban in the latest Call of Duty title.

I would like to clarify that I have never received a shadow ban or limited matchmaking penalty in this title. I have never used cheats, hacks, scripts, injectors, or unauthorized third-party software.

I was extremely surprised to receive a permanent ban without understanding what specific violation I allegedly committed.

I respectfully request a thorough manual investigation of my account and the evidence used to justify this decision.
