Finally booked the flight for my husband to leave the U.S., which will trigger his 10 year ban from returning. The act of buying the ticket was, in a way, the most stressful part of this immigration nightmare. It made it real. What I’ve been fearing is finally happening.

Soon to be me too…and my 85 + 89 year old parents. Leaving next month to be w/ my husband while waiting out his 10 year ban. And yes, I realize my parents may not even have 10 years left. This is what USC are forced to do when our own govt won’t let our families stay together.
