I am very happy to share in @owjournal this short article which focuses on the concept of obsolescence that was structuring my work.
Many many thanks to @silvi0L0russo and @owjournal for this opportunity!

I'm very proud of @owjournal's new issue. Here, @AnaelleBeignon tackles the notion of obsolescence, showing how it is not an "essential" feature of a device, but a relational quality involving societal and technical expectations. https://t.co/2vmjAdvf2Y
OW #2 is out! In this issue French designer @AnaelleBeignon shows how obsolescence is not just an internal quality of a device, but a dimension that emerges from the relation between such device and the boader sociotechnical ecosystem. https://t.co/UBY7uFxlBx

@asWeMay And it appears that they can call a specific number, which is I think the same kind of numbers I called during my experiment (long waiting times, menus that sometimes don't work, constant redirections...)
@asWeMay Yes, I was actually wondering during my research how did the 62% of the 81+ and 33% of the 71-80 years old Swedish citizens who don't have a Bank ID managed to book a vaccination appointment
