@wizzair I need help with my claim status, it says if payment has been initiated and it has been more than 7 days to contact my bank and then Wizz air. It has currently been 46 days of patience on my behalf and I’ve spoken to my bank and nothing wrong on their end. 9dc104f6 claim

How do I contact Wizz air when it says on live chat and call centre that the representatives can’t advise on claims when the instructions given to me is to contact Wizz about claims if the given time has elapsed.

@JagexSupport I’ve tried so many times, is there another way to contact a JMOD for help because the support bot is not getting me anywhere. I’ve been denied 10+ times even with information that I would only know about my account.

@JagexSupport Everytime I use the RuneScape app on my new phone I get locked out and sent to recovery. I had submitted recovery requests and had everything sorted out on Monday and now again I get locked out playing on the app and I’ve submitted the same appeal multiple times.

@JagexSupport Hi, I do not use a vpn the only thing that has changed is my sim provider and phone, please help my recovery request keeps getting denied too and I’ve appealed 10+ times already with it being successful once only to go back into recovery again.

They should have thought about elasticity of the island before poking their nose in other country affairs a long time ago. This is just the elastic karma it needs.
