In the time these breaches occurred, Chelsea's yearly annual revenue was between £261m-£445m, winning between £700m-£800m in prize money. £10m is a pathetic 'punishment', it is a rounding error.

Vinícius Jr. is generating more commercial value for Real Madrid through brand deals and image rights than any other player, on top of helping the club win two Champions League titles and multiple league trophies.

Then Mbappé arrives and is being paid a higher salary and takes a higher percentage of his image-rights despite not having achieved anything for the club yet.

Vinícius is simply asking for a pay rise that reflects his status, influence, and contributions, and Madrid are reluctant to meet those demands.

From his camp’s perspective, where’s the loyalty? Where’s the respect for everything he’s already done for the club? This is exactly why he doesn’t feel loved and feels undervalued.
