@All_Source_News It’s a container for a 9М113 "Практ" / Practice munitions, which is a missile with an inert warhead. At a glance it looks unused but these containers (used/fired) are easily acquired.

Supporters of the Islamic State (#IS) continue to exploit social media platforms such as Facebook to spread their propaganda. Historically, Facebook had been more proactive in deleting these posts and accounts, but that appears to may have changed.

@AtwaniTimbs I am not certain of the wider groups movement post conflict w/ HTS, I believe some may have joined HTS affiliated groups (although not HTS itself).

That may or may not be related, it’s normal for TIPs site to be unavailable for long periods. And the site isn’t their sole output.
