Climbing the corporate ladder has done wonders for some of us.

The great thing about the corporate ladder is you get paid along the way.

Both being your own boss and becoming an executive are grinds, not not everyone has what it takes to be the top 1%

Today is had a look at some of our older trading challenges that are still active.

I found a hand full of clients who are still on Phase 1 who have been there from before 2026.

The interesting thing is every single one of these traders gets close to max DD then the recover to a small amount of profit then go straight back to near max DD then recover again with a little profit.

This cycle has repeated itself for almost 12 months.

Why do you think these traders perform so exceptionally well when they are close to max DD, but as soon as they have a little profit they blow it all.

Psychology my friend, psychology.

Fix your psychology and you fix your trading.

After over 11 years of trading and 8 years working in the industry a can say with 100% confidence.
