@cromaretail@cromaretail Aap baar-baar “noted” aur “update soon” likh rahe ho lekin mujhe abhi tak koi solution nahi mila. Kya aap clearly bata sakte ho ki ab tak mere issue ko resolve karne ke liye aapne actually kya steps liye hain? Customers ko bas wait karwane se problem solve nahi hoti

@BHEL_India My first payment for Advt. 03/2025 failed but the amount was deducted. Since the status showed failure, I made another payment, which was successful. Please process refund for the failed transn at earliest. Transaction details:28/02/2025. Kindly assist. #RefundRequest
