मध्य प्रदेश ओबीसी आरक्षण विवाद पर हाई कोर्ट का अंतिम निर्णय! 🚨
मध्य प्रदेश में लंबे समय से लंबित 27% ओबीसी आरक्षण मामले में जबलपुर हाई कोर्ट का बेहद महत्वपूर्ण और ऐतिहासिक फैसला आ गया है! कोर्ट का यह निर्णय जनरल (अनारक्षित) वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के हक में आया है।
फैसले की मुख्य बातें:
• 27% आरक्षण अमान्य: हाई कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार द्वारा बढ़ाए गए 27% ओबीसी आरक्षण को खारिज कर दिया है और स्पष्ट किया है कि ओबीसी वर्ग केवल 14% आरक्षण का ही हकदार है।
• ठोस आंकड़ों की कमी: कोर्ट ने माना कि सरकार 27% कोटा बढ़ाने के पक्ष में कोई ठोस या पर्याप्त आंकड़े पेश नहीं कर पाई।
• 50% सीमा का उल्लंघन: अदालत के अनुसार, आरक्षण की 50% की तय सीमा को पार करने के लिए कोई भी असाधारण परिस्थिति साबित नहीं हो सकी।
• 13% होल्ड पदों पर जनरल को मौका: सबसे बड़ी राहत! कोर्ट ने अंतरिम व्यवस्था के तहत रोके गए 13% होल्ड पदों पर अगले 3 महीने के भीतर अनारक्षित (General) वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति देने का कड़ा निर्देश दिया है।
