Its a humiliation & harassment by the teams to deliver a paid goods.
Can you action with compensation?

@flipkartsupport Concerns are not attended diligently & professionally. There is pragmatic approach to resolve the complaints instead false promises are made to eyewash the customer.

@flipkartsupport Can I have an update regarding the complaint. I hope that the investigation is completed by now. Again the team breached the delivery TAT. Unnecessarily the time & money is getting wasted. For all the delay & inconvenience patience is lost.

Just wanted to update on the complaints reported for @TATAAIGIndia .
After my rigorous follow up & drastic levels escalation the team processed the policy renewal.
I urge @TATAAIGIndia to gear up to streamline the process & teams.

I am raising complaints & requests from December 04th to renew my Motor vehicle Policy (expired 24th Dec).
Associates at Customer Service desk are Manipulating and making false promises to resolve the issues.

Its a high level of customer dissatisfaction & looks like matter need to be escalated to regulatory authorities.
