@IndiGo6E Not only refunds, customers need to be paid for the harassment caused. Flights do not wait if a passenger is late by a few minutes, but a flight canc delay and gets cancelled at their own will. How is this fair to the taxpayers. You charge dynamic pricing on tickets.
