A scientist in Japan demonstrated that the air inside a forest strengthens your immune system for a full month

The study is incredibly fascinating:

Qing Li, an immunologist at Nippon Medical School in Tokyo, took 12 men on a 3-day forest trip. These were slow walks with no breathing exercises and no set route.

Then he tested their blood and found a surge in natural killer cells -- the immune cells your body uses to fight cancer and virus-infected cells.

Remarkably, the effect didn't fade when they went home, it was still measurable 30 days later.

A control group that walked the same distance through a city showed no change at all.

Pine, cedar, and cypress trees release compounds called phytoncides to defend themselves from insects and bacteria. You breathe them in, and Li believes they switch your immune cells into high gear.

He estimates one forest walk a month may be enough to keep those cells elevated all year.

The best medicine might not even need a prescription -- just a walk among the trees.

Happiness is a direction in life, and not a place. In fact, the direction is away from the median. Espousing for moderation or normality is not something to aspire to, it's something to get away from.

Science for me, is the art of living. Every single one of us must become our own Einsteins', our own Arvo Pärts, our own Mozart to create our own world that rhymes and harmonizes with the bigger one. Society, and its culture are incapable of this today.

Intuitive is a decentralized thought process missing connectivity of consciousness to wisdom only.........the middle man is not needed in this exchange of the intuitiveness is strong. When it is not strong one defaults to centralized dogma based in knowledge. The intuitive FEEL they are correct, they just cannot KNOW they are.

Man evolved among animals with more power in their cranium but not necessarily with the wisdom to use that intelligence optimally. Lady evolution gave females a deep playbook of intuition and femininity. People talk too much and love to small. We've learned to make great living without any life. The Bryan Johnson's of the world think they are adding years to life, but the reality is they are subtracting life to years. This is time inflation. Time theft. This is fourth turning things.

Smart males have see and observed females who use this combination of gifts properly, are enabled to mystify the mind of most men, including the one I see in the mirror.

Cultivate a few outside the box ideas everyday to force your mind to think about what is outside its current reality. I'm doing that today as I embark on todays new journey I am beginning.

Federico Faggin: "Quantum Fields are conscious & have free will"

"You cannot create something that can know itself by something that doesn't even know what knowing means."

The inventor of the first commercial microprocessor argues that consciousness cannot emerge from non-conscious matter. No mechanism can explain how awareness arises from something without any knowing.

Instead, Faggin proposes quantum information-based panpsychism: quantum fields themselves are conscious and possess free will. These must be fundamental primitives of reality, not reducible to physics. This view explains the collapse of the wave function as a free will decision and why quantum mechanics describes what can be known rather than deterministic reality.

Consciousness transcends energy, space, and time. Starting with it as basic unlocks meaning and resolves the hard problem that materialism cannot solve. A profound challenge to conventional science from one of computing's pioneers.
