Day 21 of building my SaaS until MVP launch.

Today:
‣ Added a Booking table, tracks who booked, which product, start and end time, linked order
‣ Bookings have 4 statuses, held, confirmed, expired, cancelled
‣ Unpaid checkout holds the slot for 10 minutes then releases it.
‣ Two people can't grab the same time slot anymore

Day 20 of building my SaaS until MVP launch.

Today:
‣ Shipped phase 4 of 1:1 coaching, live calls now need google calendar + weekly hours, drafts don't
‣ Added a settings banner on the coaching editor so creators know what to finish before publish.
‣ Default CTA is now "book a call", buyer just picks a time for paid 1:1.
‣ Dropped the "email them to confirm a time" step once calendar and hours are set.
‣ Coaching can go live without payouts for now, digital product payments stay on hold.

Working means screens all day.

The second I stop, the phone is in my hand. Not because I want it. My brain just can't sit still at that point.

Some of it is FOMO. Something moves in my space & I didn't see it, so I go check, & checking turns into scrolling.

So I never really think anymore. I just react all day. The only quiet I get is the few minutes after waking up before I grab the phone.

If you run something, how do you get thinking time back? Do you block it out, or does it only happen away from screens?

Don’t persist the access token, it dies in 1hr. Persist the refresh token on your server (encrypted), request access_type=offline + prompt=consent so Google actually returns one, then mint a new access token per API call.

If the OAuth app is still in Testing/unpublished, Google expires refresh tokens after 7 days. That's usually why people have to reconnect. Also don’t keep tokens in the PWA's localStorage.

‣ Fixed Vercel bug related to prisma.

Today:
‣ Started building 1 : 1 coaching call feature.
‣ Added availability section for creators for 1 : 1 call.
‣ Created a feature for blocking dates for call.

Next:
Will be adding feature to add Google Calendar Integration.
