@JonDixonUS New-er versions of the App may have a completely different model of the workflow in which case the workflow instances created from the previous model might no longer make sense and the administrator might decide to terminate such instances instead.

@JonDixonUS This is expected behavior. We are updating our documentation to ensure users are aware of this and can resume the workflow instances they deem feasible.

@phartenfeller ORA-00904 typically points to ambiguity in the join column, the invalid identifier error most likely points to VB_ID column name and not the VB_ID workflow variable. Could you double-check? Many thanks!

@phartenfeller Faulted workflows will be shown in the Workflow Console provided they did not fail to start, i.e. if the Workflow Instance creation itself fails, then there will be nothing to show on the console.
