Another look at the more comic-inspired Jitters exterior!

The interiors also had some slight modifications to match the general shape of this building, but for the most part it's the same!

@BiceCavan @PrecPrecise @StarSoftworks Even if its not flash related in the comics its a staple location for players in the game; so we decided to keep it but better match our vision of the game as its not related to the cw but rather is set on a different earth - earth 2299

@Taytoorich @StarSoftworks we're not keeping CW star labs as we want to change the designs of certain locations to emphasise our game is about the broader flash mythos and not just solely focused on the show - especially since project speedforce takes place on Earth-2299!
