1. $GOOG Jan 21 2028 $500 calls $19

Catalyst 1: Google’s TPU external business is real. ~1M TPUs (1.3GW) locked for ~$35B, majority of revenue hitting in 2027. Street models take TPU-related revenue from ~$3B this year to ~$25B next year. This is an $NVDA - level hardware business hiding inside a search company — and the multiple hasn’t caught up.
Catalyst 2: Gemini 4 expected late 2026 / early 2027. Cloud grew 63% last quarter on a $460B backlog. If Google returns to the frontier, you get earnings growth + multiple expansion at the same time.

2. $INTC Jan 21 2028 $120 calls ~$21

Catalyst 1: 18A is finally working. Yields at 85% (TSMC N2 ~90%), major cloud provider already a confirmed foundry customer. Foundry lost $2.1B last quarter. The stock reprices hard the moment that number bends toward breakeven.
Catalyst 2: A named 14A marquee customer (Apple, Microsoft or similar). BofA models foundry revenue from ~$1.1B in 2026 to ~$40B by 2030. One logo announcement and $120 stops being a stretch.

3. $DRAM Jan 21 2028 $100 calls ~$6

Catalyst 1: Memory is the AI bottleneck. Micron, Samsung and SK Hynix make up ~75% of this ETF. Every hyperscaler capex plan through 2028 runs through them. HBM is sold out and DRAM pricing keeps stepping higher.
Catalyst 2: Sitting near $56, ~30% below the $81 high after the August selloff. The ETF already ran 160% from its April launch. Buying the $100 strike for $6 during a drawdown is cheap convexity on a trade that has already proven it can move.
