Sign-ups went up 40%.
It’s crazy how many people will happily try your product…
…but asking them to create a username + password is apparently too much work 😂
Remove friction.
Every. Single. Time.
Today I cancelled my $60/month Cursor subscription.
Went all-in on Claude Max x20.
Man… Opus 5.5 is insane.
I’m building things I actually want to build, and it solves ~99% of my problems on the first shot.
Every penny worth it.
Love seeing solo founders reach numbers like this.
I hope to get @Cloudarenaio there one day.
Right now, it’s still just me, a lot of late nights, and a ridiculous amount of work ahead.
But that’s what makes the journey exciting.
One user at a time. One dollar at a time. One milestone at a time.
I’ll get there.
Spent $50 on Reddit ads.
Got exactly 0 users.
Not 1.
Not 2.
Zero. 😂
Is Reddit Ads actually this bad, or did I just manage to run the worst ad campaign of all time?
Trying to figure out whether I should spend another $50 or just accept the L.
Morning coffee ☕️
Reading The 48 Laws of Power.
Claude is busy shipping new stuff.
Jazz playing in the background.
My wife is cooking breakfast.
No meetings.
No rush.
Just building, learning, and enjoying life.
How do you start a morning better than this?
Life is good.
The machine didn't change the world.
It revealed it.
Everyone asks what AI will replace.
Wrong question.
Ask what it exposes.
For centuries we confused credentials with competence, fluency with understanding, volume with value.
Now fluency is free.
So fluency is worthless.
What remains is what always mattered:
judgment, taste, and skin in the game.
When answers cost nothing, the value moves to the question.
The bottleneck was never information. It was knowing what to ignore.
The man who writes 50 reports a day with AI is not productive.
He is noise.
One decision you're accountable for beats a thousand documents nobody reads.
Be suspicious of anyone who predicts AI's future with confidence.
They sell you the map while the territory is still moving.
The fragile: those whose value was repetition.
The robust: those who know their craft.
The antifragile: those who get stronger every time the tools change.
A tool that thinks for you slowly makes you unable to think.
Use it like weights in a gym. To build muscle, not replace it.
What is old and survived will survive this too.
Trust. Reputation. People who show up.
The new illiteracy isn't failing to use AI.
It's failing to verify it.
Speed is now cheap.
Direction is expensive.
Running faster toward the wrong goal is just a more efficient way to get lost.
Vision is not seeing what the technology can do.
It's deciding what you refuse to let it do.
The future won't belong to those who use AI the most.
It will belong to those who stay human where it matters.
The machine can generate everything.
Except a reason.
I don’t like taking sides in this.
I’m a customer. Whoever makes the best product, I’m happy to use it.
Today it might be Astra. Tomorrow it could be Opus. And the day after, it could be a Chinese model or a company we haven’t even heard of yet.
I genuinely don’t care who “wins.”
Since I started working with AI almost 5 years ago, I’ve seen the industry go through so many ups and downs. Companies rise, dominate for a while, get challenged, lose their lead, and then something new comes along.
And that’s exactly what makes this space so interesting.
There is no permanent #1.
The competition is brutal, the pace is insane, and everyone is still fighting to build the better product.
As a customer, I’m not rooting for a company.
I’m rooting for competition.
Because competition means better products, faster innovation, and more choices for us.
I got tired of AWS tutorials that never let you touch AWS.
So I built Cloud Arena 🏟️
→ real AWS account in seconds
→ guided labs in the real console
→ every task verified live
→ everything wiped after. $0 bill
