@eurofounder What about ppl with babies at home? Children at school? Do you think 30 -35 degrees inside is safe for them? Everyone speaks of birth rates dropping, yet when it comes to kids safety the recommendation is to use a wet towel? Make it make sense.
@paulinka_don@earthcurated Regarding the apps, they have been truthful for over a decade for me tho. I used to live in Warsaw on Dzielna street, and we had a primary school with an air quality monitor on it. It was always matching the app perfectly.
@paulinka_don@earthcurated I agree, in theory the countryside should be cleaner, however most of the pollution comes from people's homes as they burn low quality fuel in their furnaces which is even more common in villages. It is, unfortunately, factual.
@paulinka_don@earthcurated No, it is still very bad, I just visited Warsaw and Krakow in February. 🥲 Just open the air quality app and see the history.
@brittilina Sorry, but poor baby. The level of cortisol must be over the top and it is the most vulnerable stage for them when the nerve system develops so rapidly in real time. That's not good, or natural really.
