Once again a massive thank you to #LondonTaxis for volunteering your time and taxis to take our Veteran Members to and from the Cenotaph Remembrance Sunday Service today. Please don't underestimate how much this act of kindness means to our military community!
I urge everyone to share this post. Disgusting treatment by @waitrose My daughter Sadie Travis used to work with this young man, who is a lovely lad. He deserves better. Shame on Waitrose🤬
For half a century, London’s black cabs have been more than just a way of getting from A to B – they’ve been the heartbeat of our great city. From the bright lights of the West End to the historic streets of the East, black cab drivers have kept London moving, rain or shine, day and night.
Ascotts are celebrating 50 years of this incredible tradition – and want YOU to be part of the next chapter.
Be your own boss. Work your own hours. Take on The Knowledge and become not just a driver, but a true guardian of London. 🚖💂♂️ Every journey is a chance to share the magic of our city – the sights, the scenery, the history – and get paid while doing it.
There’s nothing quite like the pride of wearing that badge, the freedom of the open road, and the joy of being part of London’s story. So here’s to 50 years of service, and to the next generation of cabbies who will keep the wheels of London turning. ❤️🇬🇧

Returning back a 100k Hermes bag to a Arab lady after leaving it in my taxi, this is why we are the best taxi in the world just a shame our London mayor and government don’t think the same @The_LCDC@TheLTDA@antmiddleton
@MissEllieN I always done that with hedge trimmer. Husband was always saying what have you done now? When the fusebox would trip. I only use a battery one now. Got tired of repairing it. 😂😂
@RichardHouseCH Happy New Year to you all.
We will always remember how good you were to our family.
Olivia was 26 on the 30th. I don’t know where the years go. 😊
Happy Sunday you lovely lot
If you are feeling shattered and exhausted and your mood feels heavy and the world seems overwhelming, remember this: You are incredibly important. Your presence in this world is not just needed; it is cherished. You are loved beyond measure, even if you can’t feel or see it. You are valued beyond your understanding, and your contributions, no matter how small they may seem, are making a difference. I promise.m!
It's okay to feel tired and run down, to feel like every road is long and the journey I in front of ya is challenging. Every great story you have ever read has its moments of struggle, and every hero finds themselves at a crossroads. But within you lies a well of strength and resilience, deeper than any ocean, stronger than any storm. You have already overcome so much, and these trials are but stepping stones to the incredible future that awaits you. You got through last week! You’re gonna get through this week as well!!
Take a moment to breathe, to rest, and to reflect on how far you’ve come. All the challenges you’ve been up against and won! In the tapestry of life, every thread you weave adds to the beauty of the whole. You are doing enough, more than enough, and your efforts are seen and appreciated.
Remember, you are not alone. Reach out, always speak the truth, and let those around you lift you up when your wings are feeling tiered. The universe has a way of bringing light to the darkest places, and soon, you will find your path illuminated once more.
Hold on, keep on going , because I promise ya it’s going to get better. You are destined for greatness, you are crafted by love, and you are more powerful than you will ever know. Keep pushing forward, and know that you are never truly alone — love and support are all around you, guiding you toward brighter days. Especially here on my Twitter page, you can always send me a message. I’ve been through my darkest days and I’m now I’m here to share with you that I’ve made it through and you will to. You just don’t give up. I will never stop being positive online!
Trust me, I believe in you. Keep shining, keep fighting, and know that you are enough just as you are.
It wasn’t to long I was back at my mums 2 up 2 down house sleeping on a little pull out bed with not a tenner to my name. All I done was work every second god gave me and I never gave up. Even when everyone thought I would!
With love and light,
Hope this reaches someone that needs to hear this.
Love to you all. God bless.
