Soul to every company whatsoever be the volume and size,depends solely on how the management treats it's human resource...that's not the case here in BSNL.Please Change the work culture,HR policies to motivate and inspire the young employees.

@AshishKaran8 BSNL Management under Union/Association influence has allowed Fitment benefits of 30% to three different groups who joined/promoted after 01.01.2007, by reversing it's own orders. But denied same to new executive who are backbone of BSNL. #Pay_Fixation_Issue_2ndPRC_B
This is the irony. 2nd PRC totally demotivated us. Instead of taking care of its young talent, BSNL management is determined to harass us further. We need a solution.

It never happened with any employee in any PSU at any time except in BSNL in 2nd PRC that on one side 98% employees got huge pay hike, 2% young officers given a -ve pay benefit. Kindly intervene to resolve it.
