It was a pleasure meeting @Markgubicza today in Pittsburg. I really appreciate your consistent positivity evey game over the years. Truly infectious. We’ll be in left field rooting for the @Angels wearing my @Mtrumbo44 jersey. Let’s light up that Halo! Thanks again Mark!

But I am now shifting to a more personal state where I spend more time with people and less in my ideas and thoughts.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

I am still pursuing that dream. To help others. To build cities and towns in tune with all of the worlds ecosystems. We are almost there.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

Most of my anxiety came from fixing this broken world. Mainly by the physical structures and roads that cross the land. I lost sight though.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

I hear this and turn inward, grab the hand of my wife and turn to my son. People paint a picture of the world but I only see trees and stars

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

Choose wisely or risk I annihilation.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

I am not ingnorant of myself and the world. Many are unhappy with it all just as I am. So many sides, so much information.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

Because I tell myself this is an interesting contribution to a conversation it becomes so I now engage with my family and friends unafraid.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

I make meaningful connections in my relationships now. Because I say they are meaningful they are.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

I now say and act who I am. I am unique just as we all are.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

I was always asking myself if my actions and words were something that certain other people would do and say. But what would I do?

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

Although this is true, it is not the reality that grounds me. Eventually I will see you guys. Eventually I will see many places.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

I haven't expierenced enoughor hungout with my friends enough. I hadn't made enough things. So many landscapes to see and places to visit.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

Yesterday was a bad day. I woke up with the anxiety that I have to be perfect and work at optimal level. That I have not done so many things

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

The pressure is off. I lifted the gate that joy, happiness, and comfort was behind.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

People, friends, and worst of all family scared me.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

The frequency has been skewed for some time now by the lack of connectiveness in my life. I was present but not a contributor.

[AaronBarding @AnchorArmsAaron]

The molucles and electron structure of my physical body I do not control. The frequency at which they resonate is of my choosing.
