@Inkyfool When will this be available for those of us in the U.S.? It isn't showing up for me. I've adored all of your other books and have been looking forward to this one since release day.
@martinfpavey @RileyModjeska Adore each and every meeting with you mates! Going to look forward to them even more now that the stress is about to pile high!
It has! I haven't moved past microdoses yet, either. (3-4 drops a day, 5x a week). The patch on my knee that was there for a decade+ is gone, and the symptoms on my scalp have reduced heavily, although I'm still using shampoos to help fight it and in times of heavy stress it seems like the scalp flares up a bit.
I would recommend giving it a try and seeing if it helps. I noticed big differences by week 3 (titrating up from 1 drop - 2 drops - 3 drops per week).
Good luck! I know it can be a really annoying and frustrating condition!
Today I'm beginning self-experimenting with Methylene Blue to see if it impacts my plaque psoriasis. The patches on my scalp are likely more fungal related, while the bad patch on my knee is likely due more to oxidative stress.
It's never been tested for psoriasis, but looking at the anti-fungal properties and it's ability to devour reactive oxygen species, I hypothesize that it stands to reduce my symptoms.
I'll be starting with micro dosing for the first week with 1 drop in 8 oz of water per day (0.5 mg from a 1% USP solution), taken orally, and 1 drop in a teaspoon of water to apply topically to the patch on my knee.
I'll be journaling the experience throughout and perhaps writing a case-study paper on this usage, regardless of impact.

What you imagine others seeing when they look at you is a great indicator of the way you see yourself.
Eye contact triggers self-referential processing. You don't get to see what they see - you see yourself through your own eyes, lenses, and filters.
Success! Learned something new and saved a ton of $. Car's idling and driving more smoothly than ever. I have a suspicion his has been needed since I bought it. https://t.co/Ivd3gLFsr3
Shop said $800 to change 4 spark plugs.
Biting the bullet with a youtube video and 100$ for plugs, tools, and anti-seize grease.
Never been much of a car guy but learning something new and making $700 for the effort seems like a damned good time to me!

It's important to have tools in your toolbox, but you should be familiar with them and able to use them well.
So, practice.
Too many, and the one you need at any given moment might be lost in the mess.
