The Empire of Benin ruled and founded many kingdoms in today's Southern Nigeria. Its history is abundant with concrete facts and evidence. The Benin people have kept the images of past Ogisos and Obas alive through their incredible bronze carvings.
The people of Igbanke speak a dialect that blends Edoid language roots with Igbo borrowings. While some people think Igbanke is an “Igbo town,” this is not accurate—it is best described as an Edoid town with strong cross-cultural exposure.
There is a prophecy that says the Edo empire will be rebuilt from its ashes and the Ezomo’s bloodline will once again take their place to defend the kingdom and the crown 👑
Oba ghator kpere.
The prophecy by high priest (ohen) Ebohon said that all looted edo artifacts will be returned to the kingdom by Europeans or before 2058,
And all eyes will witness this!

And it came to pass than we fell to the British.
