Associate Professor "Silviana Amethyst," seen wearing a BDSM collar and what appears to be a tattoo of cleavage, complains that his colleagues express discomfort with the way he dresses, which includes wearing wigs to work.

This he compares to women's situation within STEM - a field where research shows women experience more sexual harassment than women in other disciplines.

He also expresses frustration with using his real name when citing himself in academic literature, says he's changed his name twice, and suggests that he ignores accepted citation standards because "dead naming" makes him "less productive."
