@gtbank_help are at it, some money was transferred to my account 0263273659 yesterday.Its more than 24hours and am yet to be credited or receive an explanation for the indiscretion. I want an explanation, if not I will be reporting the matter to @fccpcnigeria @NDICNigeria

Their reason for the debit is that when I initiated the transaction on 24 march 2019 my account was debited then,but on 2nd May 2019 (roughly 39 days) later.

Its the 5th day since my account was debited by UBA for a said transaction that I was already debited for on 24th March 2019, @UBACares @UBAGroup @KennedyUzoka .To the best of my knowledge when third party transaction takes place the money is debited then

2.If its part of their policy to allow or approve a transaction without proper funding?. To prove that something is amiss @UBACares only sent Me the alert of so called transaction yesterday after 39days.@UBAGroup @KennedyUzoka @CPCNig @NDICNigeria

Unfortunately I don't have a debit msg beyond April on my current phone, all I want from @MTN180 is to clarify if 1.They recieved the money for the purchase of data I made on the 24th of March from @UBACares on that day?.. 2.if its part of their policy to allow or complete

Just spoke to a customer agent of @UBAGroup @UBACares ,who told me that the 1.500naira deduction was for a transaction on 24th March 2019,thatI wasn't debited for till yesterday.Which is obviously not true. @CPCNig @cenbank @NDICNigeria @KennedyUzoka Pls look into this!
