Can @warcraftdevs, @WatcherDev please confirm whether personal buff information such as buffs, poisons and chants will be unavailable to be monitored by addons in #warcraft Midnight? I'm trying to future proof my addon for my disabled community and that information would be nice
My updated Move Pad add-on has been patched and needs testing. If you are using Microsoft or Logitech disability aids then it should now recognise the switches and long press functions. Keep me updated and I'll try and keep it functioning.
@watcherdev, @warcraftdevs for the second time in as months your overzealous crusade is sacrificing functionality needed by disabled gamers which you can't even conceive of replacements for while telling us its all for the greater good. Gaming is for everyone
@WeakAuras Do I heart to like this? Feels like the wrong sentiment... RIP, you will be missed. Hopefully someone else will help disabled players in the WoW community going forward
@allyparser Sorry to hear that you've been subjected to that. The majority of WoW players aren't like that but the few that take it to incredible levels. It isn't just the visually impaired being impacted in this way, you can't mess with their toys. Stay strong
@warcraftdevs Can you confirm whether buffs like weapon poisons is going to be "private" in Midnight? Some people really need a big flashing message to tell them that they've expired.... not me, just some people. I never forget who would do that?
@TheRedShirtGuy I agree, this is just streamlining development and throwing pet battles in the bin with archaeology. If it was about Nintendo then the whole system would go
@GameRant The article confirms that pet battles are consigned to the bin alongside archaeology. This is just development streamlining and choosing where they commit resources.. not enough people love pet battles even if those that do reallllllyyy love them.
@AlAutistical, Zal and Normie. Zal, sorry that they are taking away pet battles I know how much you love them. It looks like the old content is going to remain intact but no new content will be added. Sucks for a lot of people (especially if you paid real cash for some pets)
If this article isn't clickbait then pet battles will likely go the way of archaeology in Midnight. They won't remove them but they will stop supporting them. I suspect that they simply aren't active on the alpha though.
World of Warcraft: Midnight removes a popular feature that players have enjoyed for over 13 years, much to the dismay of players who enjoyed it. https://t.co/WTcHNZJHJn
Just been sent this link by Zal. Didn't take long and now I'm making plans on what to grind/farm for December: WoW Housing Hub - Your Ultimate Guide to Midnight Housing https://t.co/nX272IzX82
This is the last week to give me feedback on my single-button assistant videos before they go live. If you have something to say in general or on any of the 13 class videos then now is the time
@warcraftdevs No class order hall campsites in remix? Missed opportunity... where are all my demon hunters and death knights going to hang out together?
I noticed that Patreons are using their cookies for raid farming videos. Please save your cookies, I'll refund them and will work on those videos without the need to vote for them. Thanks for the suggestions. If you want to chat or need advice I'm live on the discord.
Ignore my previous post, Zal just told me that Ulduar is a flex raid and has no 25man or normal/heroic difficulty since it was converted to timewalking. He also says that Rarity doesn't record your kills properly so you can't track them that way. Sorry guys
Several people have asked in the discord so if you are farming for Mimiron's Head you need to set your raid difficulty to 25 Normal and change it to heroic once you enter. Ignore the 10 man number but the heroic difficulty DOES matter for this mount to drop. Good Luck.
Sorry for the lack of posts the last few days, I have been busy and away from my PC. Joe aka Boggie is back home and doing well. His Mum asked me to thank everyone for their kindness and positive messages. I sent the email to the accessibility team over the weekend. CU All Soon
