This is a useless requirement. Immigrants those are already living in the US for more than a decade doesn’t need STD, TB screening and other infectious organisms vaccination record. This exam must go away completely. @USCIS can consult @CDCgov @CDCDirector. Health exam for immigrants already living in the US for years is completely unneeded @USCISDirector. All these archaic requirements leads to extremely slow processing and leading to decades of inhumane green card backlog.

1. No travel
2. family separation
3. Kids age-out
4. No promotion
5. No job change

@debarghya_das 1- If someone has accumulated 40 credits (Social security) , they should be eligible to apply for I485 regardless of the priority date. These guys have legally paid taxes for at least 10 years!

Regarding this new CSPA rule from @USCIS, it will not only lock kid's age as per filing date but also allow those kids who might have aged out because their final action date (FAD) never became current to file a motion to reopen their I-485 whether denied or withdrawn. 1/n
