Africa doesn’t suffer from leaders who stay long. Africa suffers from leaders who stay long and do nothing. Think about it. One man ruled Uganda for (40+5) years and held “6 elections”, yet the country barely moved.
Another man led Ethiopia for 7 years, survived a foreign-backed war, re-engineered the state, rebuilt infrastructure, restored sovereignty, and reset Africa’s posture.
I would say in the next election (May 2026) Ethiopians will not regret giving him a long mandate, even a lifetime presidency, just like China did with Xi because results, not "elections", change nations.
So ask yourself: Is the problem how long leaders stay or what they do while staying? Ethiopians will not regret choosing results over rituals.
@Jawar_Mohammed That is what your chicken head thinks but he is leading the country to thrive in the short future. He doesn't go around & instigate lies & back-bite like you do. Remember he gave you second chance so get good thinker. You are just unfit for anything & everything human life needs.
