@frankdickcoach This is why I don’t do a lot of yardage in practices. I like a lot of quality racing skills repeated, but not a lot of aimless swimming…where’s the training and practice in that? We’re preparing for racing…not comparing notes on how far we can swim in 120 minutes.
@brutedeforce I’d hire @brutedeforce to run my dry land practices before half of the goofy, gimmicky coaches Ive met who claim to be strength and conditioning experts.
Dude is legit. I’d also hire him to give motivational speeches for 20 minutes before competitions too.

If you’re swimming and not losing body fat...you���re doing it very wrong.
If you’re in the right energy system, you’re metabolic system is going crazy burning calories.
