You might want to change your slogan from “We’re here for you” to “We’re here for you…sometimes…maybe”

@Ferrellgas I’ve had an order in for over a week, have called and expressed that I am going to run out of propane this weekend and asked for any option including the emergency fill offered on you website only to be denied and told that I’m essentially shit out of luck.

[Nate Anderson @Anderson_N8]

If anyone else is reading this, they didn’t do shit. Day 3 no propane and still can’t answer me on why my neighbor was delivered propane on Saturday but not me. Do yourself a favor and drop these incompetent asshats and go with a local supplier that will be there when u need them

[Nate Anderson @Anderson_N8]

@Ferrellgas your company and how it’s ran is an utter joke. I’m sad it took me this long to figure it out. Cannot wait to switch to a local co-op this summer and drop you incompetent pieces of shit.

[Nate Anderson @Anderson_N8]

I already placed another order bc of their ridiculously long delivery times. Part of the problem is you can only order based on what your tank is currently at and they don’t factor in their 2 week delivery times. I’ll be lucky not to run out again before this order is delivered.

[Nate Anderson @Anderson_N8]

Update: Finally received delivery today but for only 400 gallons which only put me at 40% capacity. My order was for 600 gallons. Customer service just told me that they are now limiting orders to 400 gallons on 1000 gallon tanks. But they fail to mention that to their customers

Make it make sense why mine was not filled. Just logistically that is fail in your part. Once it’s warm enough to where I no longer need heat, you can come get your tank off of my fuxking property.

[Nate Anderson @Anderson_N8]

Since then, I have been without heat and hot water for two days and have had to cancel my 7 year old daughters birthday party for tomorrow. Explain how it makes sense that you delivered to my neighbor today but not me. We live in a rural county with your closest shop 30 mi away.
