So today I learnt not to buy from @Cex not only do they deliver the wrong version of the item ordered and late by a day there is no customer support via phone just a faceless email support via there site that dose not reply

@oculus customer services along with @Facebook no help what do ever with hacked account oculus claim they can’t help as governed by Facebook and they have forwarded my case to Facebook 3 days ago and no help or reply from them😕

It seems on Friday 25th my Facebook account was hacked don’t respond to any messages or posts as you may end up the same way hopefully @Facebook will see sense and realise this wasn’t me due to my past exemplary record and return my account no luck yet though

@virginmedia After calling back a second time I spoke to a really helpful girl called Mitch who deserves a medal she sorted the problem without transferring me and made the people she spoke to understand the account just needed activating properly not a new install Mitch is an asset to you

@virginmedia your customer service still a joke I spend 45 minuets on the phone to try and sort a problem to be told that I haven’t got virgin tv installed yet and offer me a new install date for the equipment I’m watching whilst I’m on the phone to you still no help off of you

@virginmedia They didn’t know what they were doing there reason for a fresh install date was they told me I hadn’t had my tv landline and broadband installed yet

@virginmedia Yes it was that that lead me to Twitter I spent hours being transferred from department to department on Monday on the phone and all promised me they would help and 3 days later nothing no phone call no engineer and Twitter lead me to your online help with the same results

@virginmedia now 4 days after my install date and still no tv no phone no broadband and no engineer on Monday to sort it just excuses and company procedure of another 48 hours to call me back just take a problem and own it basic customer service #wasteoftime #badcustomerservice
