@united experience: 2nd leg flight cancelled. Booked on flight 24 hours later. Rebooked on delta to different airport. United didn’t tag luggage to us. Sent CAR SEATS to wrong state under someone else’s name. Delta calls United to find them and gets everything to us next day

@United refers baggage issues to different dept. They don’t have a specific file number for baggage so they tell me they can’t do anything. My fault for putting it all in one claim. With all supporting docs. They don’t get forwarded bet depts. #twittersummary #tripfromhell

Return trip on @United flight 2nd leg flight cancelled. Rebooked next day. Need hotel in Chicago on our dime. Can’t get luggage or car seats so what do I do with toddler and infant. They don’t car. File claim. Offer doesn’t cover any expenses.
