Today we are 25 years old - what an achievement!
On this day in 2000 the Andover Young Carers Project started supporting young carers in Andover and the surrounding areas. We later became Andover Young Carers.

Anxiety isn't just "in the head". It can show up in our bodies as:
stomach problems
racing heart
fast, shallow breathing
feeling faint or dizzy
teeth grinding
shaking or trembling
sweating more than usual
Living with anxiety can be physically draining.
