Yesterday we visited Castleton Museum. Maya was impressed by the size of the diamonds there. Then we walked to the caves and learned about their history. On our way back we stopped by the Ladybower reservoir.

We took a nice walk this morning to the Barnsley Museum and the Cooper Gallery. Maya enjoyed the paintings and found a new challenge for her to paint, we discovered interesting facts in history, and filled the scavenger hunt from the museum.

Maya started reading this book a week ago and kept reading every day. Today she finished it and asks for more! Feels like just yesterday I was reading baby stories to her and now she reads 300 page stories by herself…. I am so proud of her! 😊

A while ago, we had a reading book from school about beetles. We went to the park and Maya found a jewel beetle. I was impressed that she remembered so many details about that tiny beetle! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maya enjoyed her holiday very much! We went to the mountains, visited caves, castles, saw the bisons and lots more…. She also made a new friend - Soare - one of grandma’s chicken😅 @WCPSc2028
