@myGovau Having an issue with a password protected PDF. Downloaded from website, filled in and saved but now can’t access? Have also tried opening it with Adobe, but still no luck. Am using chrome, not safari… any ideas?? Seems to be an ongoing problem going by older tweets!

@lookfantastic Are you ignoring inbox messages? After many back and forths about you sorting out this delivery debacle, I’ve now received a generic mass email to say I won’t be getting my advent calendars! These were ordered and paid for in SEPTEMBER! Shocking service! 😣

@JenShepherd72 @lookfantastic One of the responses when I queried my delivery was for them to say they were out of stock! Not sure how that could be true when it’s supposedly already dispatched! 😑

@lookfantastic Still no support given on my lack of advent calendars. Paid for two in September, still not dispatched. Now being told they’re out of stock! What’s going on? Anyone else having these issues? 🤦🏼‍♀️

@lookfantastic So disappointed that the two advent calendars ordered and paid for in SEPTEMBER, still haven’t arrived! And customer service is completely useless- what a joke!
