@SolBrah Been swinging kettlebells for 12 yrs now. Backpain gone. If I stop for a month, backpain returns. Did this three times to confirm, it always returned and went away a few weeks after I resumed swinging the bells. So looks like I'm in it for life. At least I can sleep in a bed lol
