Remember this young French Catholic who carried a 35kg cross for 14 hours to replace the vandalized Aneto cross at the top of the Pyrénées?
Someone vandalized his cross, so he made an even bigger one and took it again to the peak of the mountain.

THE MUSLIM SCHOLAR WHO CHOSE CHRIST AND SHOCKED MOROCCO
Prominent Muslims converting to Christianity is nothing new in Morocco. In 1928, one conversion sent shockwaves through the country.
Mohammed Ben Abd-el-Jalil was no ordinary young Moroccan. He came from a wealthy and prominent Muslim family. He had memorized the Quran, made the pilgrimage to Mecca, and received an excellent education.
He then went to France and studied at the Sorbonne, where he came under the influence of Louis Massignon, one of the leading Western scholars of Islam of his generation.
Then came the decision that stunned Morocco:
Mohammed left Islam and became a Christian.
He was baptized as a Catholic and later became a Franciscan priest, known as Father Jean-Mohammed Abd-el-Jalil.
The price was enormous. His conversion brought rejection and ostracism from his family and made returning to his homeland extraordinarily difficult.
And this wasn’t an obscure family. His brother, Omar Ben Abdeljalil, became a major Moroccan nationalist figure and later served as a government minister after independence.
Mohammed devoted the rest of his life to Christianity, scholarship, and Christian-Muslim questions. He wrote several books and eventually died in France.
Nearly a century ago, a Quran-memorizing Moroccan from one of the country’s prominent Muslim families chose Christ, and Morocco was shaken by it.
“There are three traps of Satan that steal joy and peace: Regretting about the past, fear for the future, and ingratitude for the present.”

Okay walk me through the timeline. I’m serious. I want a Muslim to actually walk me through it, because I was Muslim and nobody ever walked ME through it.
The Dead Sea Scrolls get copied starting around 250 BC. The Septuagint, the Greek translation, same era. And everything from that point forward matches the Torah sitting on my shelf right now. Two thousand years, one text, basically.
So whatever “corruption” happened… had to happen before 250 BC.
Muhammad is born in 570 AD.
Bro.
You’re telling me the Jews scrubbed Muhammad’s name out of the Torah more than eight hundred years before anyone on earth had heard the name Muhammad.
They would’ve needed a prophecy of the guy just to know what to delete.
Which, funny enough, is the one prophecy Muslims insist was in there.
AND THEN they corrupted every single story of Old Testament prophets to be completely different from what the Quran says…
In thousands of ways…
Made up a whole new Joseph story. Made up a plague of darkness and livestock. Made up a whole prophet named Nathan.
And then they suddenly just STOPPED. Said okay, this is the final version of our Tanakh! Clean cut.
And they did all of this with literally no motive. Crime needs a motive.
The whole argument eats itself. It always did.
The Quran is not from God. Jesus Christ is King.
A former Protestant noticed something about Catholic worship that she couldn’t unsee.
She had spent years thinking Protestants were the ones putting Jesus at the center.
Then she went to Mass.
Watch this.
Before I left Islam, I was debating a Sudanese Christian who challenged me to name one good thing about Muhammad. Just one.
I thought: easy. We Muslims practically worship Muhammad as the greatest man who ever lived.
So I tried to recall good qualities, honesty, compassion, mercy, love, anything, any single story, and I couldn’t remember one.
So I went to Google and typed: “the qualities of the Prophet.”
Islamic websites came up, and I thought, good, now I’ll have plenty of examples for this guy.
I opened them and was stunned: even the Islamic websites offered no good qualities in the sense he’d challenged me to find.
They praised his courage in spreading Islam, his fighting of Allah’s enemies, his physical strength, and his strictness.
Not one of the qualities the man had asked for.
Even the famous mercy at Mecca, sparing the people who had supposedly persecuted him, turned out to be for strategic reasons.
And when I started digging into the Quran and the sira for myself, I found that he married a child, he took Safiyya, a Jewish woman, the same day he killed her father, her brother, and her husband, trading his companion Dihya seven other captives for her, and posting a guard by the tent in case she tried to avenge them while raping her.
He had the men of the Jewish tribe beheaded, down to boys checked for pubic hair.
He raided trade caravans and took other tribes’ treasures.
He lied and broke truces he asked for.
He slept with all of his 9 wives the same night.
He killed anyone who mocked him.
He recruited raiders with the promise of other cities’ women.
And when his own fighters hesitated to touch married captives, because their husbands were alive and watching, Muhammad told them it was fine because allah said so.
Even the pagans of Arabia had higher morality than he did.
Every one of these acts was stamped with Allah’s approval.
He even married his adopted son’s wife by divine decree.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I left Islam when I met this disgusting man, a man who turned his qualities into a religion, transmitted it to every generation of Muslims since, and made himself the ceiling of their morality.
This is the man Mamdani wants you to learn from.
20 people left Islam ,received Jesus Christ and got baptized in Pakistan .
We keep praying for them to be rooted in the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ.
“Everything, even sweeping, scraping vegetables, weeding a garden and waiting on the sick could be a prayer, if it were offered to God."
~Saint Martin de Porres
While this man was trying to steal the Holy Eucharist in a Catholic Church , he fell backwards. Deputies responded to the reports of the disturbance, and while he resisted arrest, he was eventually subdued with a taser.
This happened at St. Mary's Catholic Church at Fennimore, Wisconsin (WQPCRadio)

The Pardon Prayer➕
My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love Thee! I ask pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope, and do not love Thee.
Amen.".
St. Edith Stein's advice for women still speaks today:
. Start your day with God,
before the social media, emails, breakfast, or responsibilities.
. Read the saints.
. Be present to those who suffer.
. And remember this powerful message:
“Do not accept anything as truth if it lacks love. And do not accept anything as love which lacks truth.”
St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross, pray for us.
