Is the American Party or even X itself going not only to embrace Bitcoin but also something like Kaspa that has better characteristics (10 blocks/sec, 1sec finality etc) than Bitcoin and is way faster, cheaper than Bitcoin for everyday transactions.

Invest Answers (aka 69 data points) has posted a shameful misleading video about #Kaspa and #Sui. He received backlash, but since he so blatantly lied and spread ignorance, I couldn't stand aside.

Part 1:

Right off the bat you can tell he hasn't done a bit of deep research "one is a DAG, and one is a GHOSTDAG". This clearly shows he hasn't read anything. DAG is a data structure. GHOSTDAG is a consensus protocol. Not an apples to apples comparison. Starting a comparison like that is revealing of the lack of seriousness and the shallowness of its author.

Pitting two coins against each other begs to ask what's the incentive (engagement farming? creating a fight between what he sees as potential rivals of his dear Solana?), especially when they are so incomparable on so many levels.

I don't know much about Sui and their tokenomics, but their tech is interesting. Fudding Sui in response to IA's joke of a video would be playing into the hands of his trap.

No matter which projects you pick to compare, an inteiguer can come up with arbitrary metrics that favor one over the other. That's the lowest form of lying called "p-hacking", and exactly what Benjamin Disraeli meant in his famous adage "lies, damned lies, and statistics".

The first table makes no sense, saying "Sui uses Move and Kaspa uses Rust/Go". Move is the SC language over Sui. Rust/go are the languages the Kaspa node is implemented in. If you check out Sui's github you'll see that it is also implemented in Rust. Again, a sign of no research.

Saying that a chain is "not centralized" or "less scalable" without explanation is unprofessional, and another sign of shallowness. There is no argument, just baseless fud on at least one project.
Becoming a Sui validator requires 30 million SUI which is about $13M. There are currently only 105 validators in the entire network. Saying that this is as decentralized as a permission-less PoW network that anyone can run a node on, and anyone can yield a reward as frequent as once a day with a $700 hardware, and has at the very least thousands of miners is a complete joke at best and a blatant lie at worst.

Talking about "token distribution" without mentioning the fact that Sui had a massive preallocation is completely dishonest, and that's even without mentioning the rich-get-richer dynamics of PoS.

There is no such thing as 0 second block time and 0 time confirmation. This literally requires transmitting data faster than the speed of light.

The "big drop" in transaction count is just because how the graph is generated, the data is sampled daily and the most recent data is partial. That phenomenon is called "tail inaccuracy" and everyone with the slightest bit of experience with data knows this. It shows a complete lack of experience, and a lack of curiosity and will to investigate deeper than a puddle's depth.

Using "how many transactions there are" as a measure of "speed" is idiotic and shows lack of understanding the difference between capacity and actual usage of said capacity. It's almost shocking to see such ignorance. It's easy to write a script that moves coins between 300 wallets and increases the actual TPS by one user. It doesn't make the network faster. It just means there is more usage. Sui had more daily txns because they are stress testing more. It's legitimate but doesn't mean a lot about speed. For comparison, Kaspa testnet-11 stress tested over 3000 TPS for two days straight. That's 250M daily txns.

Daily Active Users is also a meaningless and gameable metric. It's easy to write a script that splits a UTXO into a million wallets, then combines them and do that over and over again to shoot "DAU" through the roof. I'm not implying that Sui are doing this, just that DAU is a dumb metric. Another conveniently ignored fact is wallets of exchanges and funds that hide thousands of DAU behind them.

The last two points carry over to the next metric, DTX/DAU which is equally meaningless.
