@FlightHub Don't get your hopes up by this standard reply - @FlightHub called but gave the same runaround described above and still refused to honor my credit and book @WestJet trip despite misleading info. Wasted more time and still out hundreds of $. No wonder @CompBureau fined them $5.8M
@FlightHub Help! I've been trying to use a COVID flight credit. My FlightHub account clearly stated "new trip must be BOOKED before Oct". When I tried to book flights, I was told (too late) that the TRAVEL had to happen before Oct - admitting it was their error, but my problem??
