@SuluhuSamia Please recognize the scientific, ecological, and economic value of the Amboseli elephants & grant permanent protection to these icons of Africa in the cross-border area that is part of their regular range.🇹🇿🇰🇪 #NotYourTrophy

[Wildlife SOS @WildlifeSOS]

Our team, from the veterinarians, caregivers to our co-founders, have rallied around this cute little girl, who is fast stealing hearts.

After weeks of diagnosis and treatment, it was incredibly heart-warming to see Bani being happy and playful in the hydrotherapy pool.

We could see that she just wants to stay in the pool and play in the water!

In picture: Bani stretches out her trunk to shower some trust and affection to her favorite vet!

You can adopt Bani and be her playful partner, https://t.co/HDlDcStxO9.

In a well run council that recognises the inequalities & pressure on society & acts you shouldn’t need transit safety officers.
But if you divest #YegZoo allow Lucy 2safely relocate
#2sanctuary you would have millions $ available to support ppl thus reducing drugs+crime+MH issues

[#T4Animals 🐘🦁🦒🐅🦊🦔🐻 @Cosmicbrigade]

For people dying and families being destroying because they can’t access the services they need in Edmonton
Pls divest #yegZoo a loss making zoo doesn’t save lives, 💰put into ppl services does.
Let the experts take 🐘 + all non native 🇨🇦species #2sanctuaries. Close the zoo 🙏

A utterly barren enclosure
Complete absence of enrichment
Uncontrolled public engagement

Did @CAZA_AZAC and their inspectors not notice the complete social isolation of Lucy the elephant.
Why are they incapable of engaging with sanctuary experts who can move Lucy safely.

Any chance of freeing #Lucy instead of freezing Lucy?

.@CAZA_AZAC
Why won’t you analyse #Lucys air quality & why do you sign off on @gdewar using silica sand when it’s known to cause cancer & respiratory problems

So @Erinforanirniq just how ineffective is this organisation and how remarkably low their standards are.
Investigate 🙏

[#T4Animals 🐘🦁🦒🐅🦊🦔🐻 @Cosmicbrigade]

#YegZoo some very bold writing is on the wall.
The more we learn about animals, the more we care about their well-being.
@AndrewKnack if you really care, we don't want🐘🦓🐺 🐅 who fare poorly to be held in harmfully limited confinement.
Divest the zoo spend $ on MH services🐘🙏

The 'Big Buddha' is close to the Karen village. It stands around 30 metres high. It has not been totally complete, the work has been ongoing for three years. A truly wonderful place to visit if you are ever in northern Thailand

[Karen Elephant Connections @KarenEleph71984]

One of our leased plots where we grow grass for the five elephants under our wing. Our guys cut the grass for them at least three times a week to ensure they have plenty to eat

We are currently sabbing the criminal Cottesmore Hunt in Wymondham which has seen the police turn up in force to arrest their hired thugs!

We have been joined by a handful of far travelling sab groups for the day.

Lucy loses on all five.

#Karachi Madhubala is bashing the cage & in #YegZoo Edmonton Lucy 🐘has fought back & @fourpawsint 🐘breeding vet Goeritz went against other sanctuary vets causing Lucy to stay suffering.

Without doubt it’s clear @gdewar is not fit for his role as #Yegzoo manager.
@edmonton_anne 🕰️to take a closer 👀at his lies & poor budgeting skills & ask why after $110 million of tax payers $ has $0 been spent on improving #Lucys life & environment.
