@SkyHelpTeam yesterday I spent half an hour on the phone to be told Sky don’t supply Sky Ultra1 to my address I then went onto the sky website and got all the way to paying for Sky Ultra1 Service to be installed. Can you Tell me what is going on?????#skybroadband

@bt_uk Yes I tried to do it using the link it Said we weren’t a customer of BT so couldn’t open the offer

Just spent 20 Minutes on the phone with @bt_uk trying to get this deal which I had emailed to my inbox only to be told there is no way they would do this offer #confused #broadband
