It's been an incredible journey with @DrGiesler these past 12 weeks! I'm really looking forward to starting to apply all the knowledge I acquired through #CX21. Coming from a very financial background, I'm leaving this term super excited about all the new things I learned ๐คฉ
#CX21 is truly an act of deciding what gets remembered and what gets forgotten. The importance of which story to tell is reflected in our own customer experiences.
Museums choose to tell you a constructed part of history, leaving true history behind. ๐คฏ I honestly never thought about this before until today. We take for granted that what we're being taught is the whole truth, forgetting small and sometimes important details of history #CX21
In my personal experience, I always had parents who made me conscious of money and planning for the future. I believe that this has shaped how I manage my own finances and how I choose to spend my money nowadays. #CX21
Today Margaret Echelbarger came to our #CX21 class. We had the opportunity to hear about her research on children, families, and household consumption. I find it very interesting the concept of the pain of paying in childhood.
We also discussed school debt and how it can get overwhelming to feel that your debt is endless. This is where financial literacy is critical as an adult: to understand how to manage your personal finances to handle your own debt and make informed decisions. #CX21
Starting week 8 with #CX21 and weโre switching gears to power and inequality in Customer Experience Context! Really looking forward to our class tonight #CXDesign
Excited to start again with week 7 for #CX21 . Before reading week, watching everyoneโs posters integrating topics weโve seen so far makes it far easier to understand what different companies are doing to improve their customersโ experience
Looking into Disney's park waiting lines, and how they have managed to make time more enjoyable for customers is a great example of time flow #CX21. It truly makes it a whole different experience to wait for a ride!
I'm a victim of Calm's night routine, and I just realized that thanks to my #CX21 class ๐. Love it when companies understand their consumers and make it an experience that integrates a whole different flow of activities that make time and space more enjoyable.
Wrapping up the first 3 weeks of "Feels" and getting into "Scapes" has been a whole experience! My major learning from the first 3 weeks was how empathy can change a customers' feelings towards a brand, company, product, or service #CX21
CX Design is much more than what meets the eye! It's also about understanding how a customer is influenced through senses, emotions, time, and space. #CX21
