Not a shock at all. Nearly all Americans feel this way. The difference is, Reagan assumed an orderly and LAWFUL process, where the government did its due diligence in background check, sent them to an education process to assimilate them to our culture. But most importantly, they are expected to fend for themselves, or more appropriately, expected to seek and hold gainful employment. I, like most conservatives, support legal immigration. And yes, it takes a long time to vet someone, which is a validation of the American way of life, and capitalism.

Republican's, or conservatives in general, are PRO IMMIGRATION.

The idea that republican's/conservatives are "anit-immigration" is gas lighting. Most liberals fall for that propaganda, hook, line, and sinker.

I'm wondering if anyone else can experience this when looking at the pencils. If you stare at the image, and really focus on 50, you can see the 5 in the 6. I see the 50 for a moment, very clearly. The pencil along the left edge at the bottom is still there, but your mind sees/experiences it as 50. Then you get drawn back to seeing a clear 60 in the image after a moment. It seems like our minds are so intensely programmed into seeing the 6 that the image you're forcing in the 5 drops. It's kind of freaky. Our minds won't let us hold that 50 very long. At least mine won't. Of course we can trace out the 5 regardless, but that's not what I'm talking about. I mean really see that 50 while attempting to override the obvious 60 sitting there.

As for disputing elections, Democrats hold the crown. And this is just the presidential election. The supreme court had to intervene on Al Gore.

You have a bad case of selective memory. And Trump had good reason to dispute it given the sketchy ass mail in ballot process during COVID, although I am glad he didn't take office consecutively. Gave him a chance to formulate a better plan of action for the 2024 election.

Maybe, but a narcissist is a narcissist. Trump is impatient. The rest of them know it's likely going to happen regardless. And to be clear, I'm not on board with it either, but it is what it is, and at the end of the day, it is irrelevant. Who cares? It's more likely to get his name taken off down the road by his replacements. The names will not stand the test of time. So again, what difference does it make? Other than riling up people like you, which is probably more the point.
