@DPDgroup_news your customer service is just shocking. It’s not the first time a package doesn’t get delivered but then spending an hour and on hold to be told to contact the sending company is just really bad service! I wish sending companies would stop using DPD.

@HMRCcustomers Thank you for your quick reply. The money is coming from a trust fund and I got a “statement of income from trust” for 2019/20 with non-discretionary income entitlement from trust.
