I had to wait for a refund for weeks with so much frustration from customer support saying “this is a rare case”
This is so messed up. I need the order by FRIDAY. I’m not playing games anymore. Idk what’s happening with my account and your system but this is ridiculous. I just need my delivery. @IKEACanada@IKEACASupport
So I finally placed the order again and the exact same thing happen, and customer support told me they have to put a case file for the back end team to deal with this in 48-73 hours and that there’s no direct line to speak to that team to make this a priority.
Also messaged @zellers directly on IG about this issue and was ignored… nice customer service… thought they were putting effort into rebuilding the brand, but clearly isn’t the case
Why is the @zellers floor in Cambridge still inaccessible by escalator since Christmas. Only reachable by elevator. Isn’t that a safety issue? It’s also just a huge inconvenience. You think you’d want to make it easy for people to shop there… so disappointed. #zellers
