My portfolio last week: +1.79% 📈 — green in a week the Fed HIKED rates and yields hit 5%. That's holding quality through noise.
🟢 $AMD +15.3% (AI still gets rewarded)
🟢 $BTC +7.07%
🟢 $META +1.31%
🔴 $NFLX -10.22%
🔴 $SE -6.41%
But here's the thing — NFLX and SE are my two newest positions. I'm still building them.

$AMD and $META remain over 50% of my portfolio.
$AMD: Agentic AI is driving a new wave of compute demand, with MI450 positioned to benefit.
$META: 3.6B+ people across its platforms gives it an enormous audience to cross-sell AI-powered products and services.
The fundamentals behind both are why the conviction remains high.
$AMD is reportedly preparing to raise chip prices by ~10% as higher $TSM wafer costs flow through to customers.
The increases are expected to hit AI accelerators and consumer GPUs starting in Q4 as advanced node manufacturing gets more expensive.
The Fed just hiked rates — first time in 3 years. 🏦
▪️ +25bps to 3.75-4%
▪️ 10-year Treasury hit 5% — highest since 2007
▪️ Oil above $108, keeping inflation sticky
A hawkish Fed + 5% yields is a real headwind for growth stocks. I won't pretend otherwise.
But notice what held up yesterday: AI + chip names. $AMD +2%, Qualcomm +4%. Money still flows to real earnings.
One hike doesn't break good businesses. I've got cash ready and I'm not forced to sell anything.
Higher rates test patience. That's the one thing I'm never short of. 💪

$GRAB is trading at the lowest forward P/S and EV/S
And this is while analyst projections are likely underestimating both heavily, especially following the Atome acquisition.
This name is dirt cheap due to poor macro, which will eventually clear. A fanastic opportunity to build a strong, longterm position and watch it sore!
🚨BREAKING: The Fed RAISED interest rates by 25 bps to 3.75%–4%, with a forecast of another 25 bps by year end.
This is the Fed's FIRST hike since July 2023.
The decision was unanimous, with a 12–0 vote.
• 12 of 18 officials see one more hike this year, taking rates to around 4.1%.
• 4 see two more hikes, taking rates to around 4.4%.
• 2 see no further hikes, leaving rates around 3.9%.
Median rate projections stand at 4.1% for end-2027 and 3.9% for end-2028. The longer-run estimate rose to 3.2% from 3.1%.
The Fed also raised its 2026 inflation forecasts by 0.1 percentage point each, to 3.7% for headline PCE and 3.4% for core PCE.
It says growth remains solid and inflation elevated, with today’s hike supporting a faster return to its 2% target.

Gone are the days when fashionistas worth their Vogue subscription wore Lululemon leggings for the coffee run, school run or just to run. Hotter rivals are gaining ground https://t.co/7xl7jAyVIT
I found this book while cleaning out one of the rooms in my house earlier.
100 Secret Strategies for Successful Investing by Richard Farleigh.
That's my bedtime reading sorted for the next week or so.
I remember reading this book many years ago, and seem to recall that it contained a lot of solid information.
Sold $UNH, bought $NFLX today. 🔄
UNH was a trade, not a long-term hold — fundamentals were never strong enough to build around. It played out, took the profit, moved on.
Netflix is different — a business I want to own, down ~37% off its highs on noise (M&A drama, rate fears), not broken fundamentals:
Revenue +13-14%
FCF guidance raised to $12.5B
Ad tier doubling
Low-20s P/E vs its usual 40x+
Rarely can you buy the streaming leader at a discount. Taking it.
