@MeliaHotelsInt walk through of the Sol Aronas Tenerife. The pool area is dirty and dangerous with the amount of falls I have seen this week. There is no daily cleaning, this is very poor. I have made customer experience aware but still no action? Is this the standard of Sol?

@GabrielEscarrer this is the Sol Aronas, Tenerife. As you can see there is no cleaning routine in place, the whole pool area is dirty and dangerous with trip hazards due to lack of cleaning. The pool floor is also breaking up! Is this the standard of your hotels?
