Spanish Lefaucheux-Oviedo 1863

Spain had produced copies of the earliest pattern of Lefaucheux at Trubia Arsenal. When production was moved to Oviedo, it initially carried on with a slightly updated pattern. Within the year, however, further changes were made resulting in the Model 1863 being adopted for the Civil Guard, Carabinieri, and Mounted Artillery. Once the Spanish Navy abandoned the Kerr revolver, they too adopted the 1863. Curiously, these revolvers remained in production, all but unchanged, until at least 1897. They were still the standard issue sidearm for Spain during the Spanish-American War, though officers usually purchased domestically made, centerfire, top-breaks.

I NEED YOUR HELP WITH SOMETHING....
We have an employee that we hired 3.5 years ago. She hasn't followed through with anything she said she would.
Now, due to somewhat of a default situation, she may be eligible for a promotion in November.

During her review she said, if she gets promoted, she will do all the things she promised she would.

She seems to have no interest in doing the things she has promised now but appears to be holding out on them in order to get promoted.

What would you do?
