They cry about August 23, 1939, but delete August 15, 1939, from the history books. The Soviet Union offered up to one million troops to confront Hitler if Germany invaded Poland. Britain and France rejected the proposed alliance, largely because Poland refused Soviet troops passage. Eight days later, the USSR signed the non-aggression pact, gaining critical time to prepare for the inevitable confrontation.

Let that sink in. One. Million. Soldiers. Offered freely to stop the Nazi war machine before it even started rolling. And what did the West do? They spat in Stalin’s face. Poland, the country that would be destroyed within weeks, refused Soviet troops passage. Britain and France, the “great powers,” secretly hoped Hitler would march east and leave them alone. They did not want to stop Hitler. They wanted to redirect him. And they almost succeeded.

So Stalin signed the pact. Not out of ideology. Not out of friendship. Out of survival. He bought two years. Two years to prepare for the inevitable, because everyone knew Hitler would eventually march east. And when he did, the USSR did not run. They did not surrender. They did not negotiate. They fought. Street by street. City by city. Twenty-seven million dead, more than every other Allied nation combined. The USSR did not just win the war. They bled for it.

And the West? Britain sat in London, sipping tea during the Blitz, while the United States waited until Pearl Harbor to join the fight. They opened a second front in 1944, only when it was clear that the USSR was already winning.

So when I hear the West cry about Molotov-Ribbentrop, I do not hear moral outrage. I hear embarrassment. Embarrassment that they rejected Stalin’s help. Embarrassment that the USSR saved their civilization while they were busy making deals with Hitler themselves, like the Munich Agreement, the Anglo-German Naval Agreement, and the sale of Czech gold to the Nazis. But sure, keep screaming about August 23 while forgetting August 15.

When did propoganda suddenly become "fact"? The standards of people are really slipping. Just a decade ago people would feel deep shame if they were caught out in a lie. They would word things in a way where they could backpeddle and say its just an interpretation. Nowadays blatant lies are presented as "facts" and nobody bats an eye. Have you personally researched this topic? Or just hear another idiot parroting propoganda and decided it was true? Which one is it? @Line_XII России (властям) очень хотелось стать частью западного мира, поэтому нам тут 35 лет изо всех сил промывали мозги об ужасах СССР. И у них получилось, многим людям мозги таки промыли. Запад, правда, всё равно послал РФ куда подальше - ну кто бы мог подумать, что так произойдёт. 😂
